Known for bespoke colour work—ranging from lived-in blondes and dimensional brunettes to seamless balayage and corrective colour—Ash tailors every service to suit skin tone, hair texture, and lifestyle, with hair health always the priority.

Ash’s Top Tip: Never use any heat on your hair without heat protection. Heat damage is irreversible and leaves a “scar” on the hair, which will cause breakage
 

Olivia/Liv, Master Stylist and Colourist

Liv's mum inspired and instilled in her the confidence to commence her career in hairdressing almost a decade ago with her formal training in the South West of England.  

Moving to Sydney has a been a dream of Liv's for as long as she can remember, being able to continue feeding her passion for her career in hairdressing at MOB Hair has helped her adjust to her new life without any bumps and confirmed her life decision.

Liv loves asking lot's of questions and really listens to her clients...................being able to meet a clients brief is of utmost importance to Liv.

.Liv's Top Tip: Drying your hair to 80% dry with your head upside down will give you a beautiful volume at the root and allow a big bouncy glamour to your finish.

 

Carly, Master Stylist and Colourist

 

Carly has been a Master Stylist for over 12 years, driven by a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful. Growing up with a hairdresser mum, Carly was immersed in the world of hair from a young age, often being trusted to help style her mum’s hair—an experience that sparked a lifelong love for the craft.
 

She trained with Toni & Guy, where she mastered precision cutting and strong technical foundations, and continued her journey with the brand for seven years post-qualification, refining her skills in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
 

Carly later went on to open her own successful business, working alongside her mum—a full-circle moment that reflects both her dedication and deep connection to the industry. She has since developed a strong passion for hair extensions, specialises in blondes, and is known for creating beautiful transformations.
 

For Carly, nothing is more inspiring than seeing the confidence and joy on a client’s face when they leave her chair.

Kate, Master Stylist and Colourist

 
Kate’s journey into hairdressing began with a lifelong love of painting and crafting, where creativity was always second nature.
 
Drawn to a career that allowed her to work with her hands while expressing artistry every day, she found her calling in hair.

She trained through an apprenticeship in Auckland, mastering the foundations of cutting and colouring while learning from highly respected hairdressers from around the world. Surrounded by excellence, Kate continually pushed herself—entering competitions to refine her skills and develop a strong technical and creative identity.
 
Kate believes great hair is created when colour, cut, and finish work in harmony. Her approach is thoughtful and detail-driven, always focused on enhancing the hair’s natural texture and shape so each client leaves feeling confident, polished, and effortlessly themselves.

Kate's top Tip: Regular trims are essential for long, healthy hair. By removing split ends early, you protect the length and avoid more drastic cuts down the line.

Aimee, Emerging Stylist 
 

Aimee commenced her hairdressing journey in April 2025, inspired by a desire to work in a creative field shaped by her love of dance and the performing arts.

Creativity and self-expression were a defining part of her upbringing, naturally guiding her toward a career where artistry and individuality come together.
 

Since beginning her career, Aimee has developed a strong appreciation for the importance of continual growth and learning, believing that no matter how long you have been qualified, evolving your skills is essential to staying inspired and relevant.

She is particularly excited by colouring, while remaining committed to excelling across all areas of her craft. Cutting is an area she is eager to focus on and refine, embracing the challenge as part of her professional development.

Aimee's Top Tip: Don't over wash your hair, imagine your hair is a luxury piece of clothing that will wear thin if washed to often. Twice a week should be your goal and use professionally recommended products.
